Precious Jewel Weed! Jewel Weed is the antidote to poison ivy! Squeeze the juice out of the stems and rub it on the rash, or even just rub the leaves and flowers. The juice however is the strongest. We made a paste of the leaves and flowers and then froze the paste. This gave us protection early in the spring before the Jewel weed has grown and late in the fall after it has died.
